Get to know Greater Charlotte SPCA a little better
Greater Charlotte SPCA is a group of dedicated rescuers with many years of experience helping homeless pets. We are a 501c3 organization and rely on public donations to help us save homeless animals.
We do not own and operate a shelter facility. All dogs are fostered in the homes of our volunteers. Since our dogs come from shelters and other rescue situations, we find that fostering in our homes gives us the opportunity to assess each one's personality & needs and match them with the right adoptive family. In addition, we are able to provide all care and medical needs for our animals and it enables the dog to develop a happy frame of mind prior to adoption.
